Bernhard Seyringer

Bernhard Seyringer studied social sciences at the Universities of Oslo, Urbino, London and Linz. Since 2013 he works as a foresight analyst and expert for technology and international affairs. Bernhard is a sought-after keynote speaker on technology and cultural change. 

Before that, he worked as a consultant for international cultural projects throughout Europe. From 2020 to 2023 he was a contributing writer for Wiener Zeitung. From 2013 to 2019 he was president of the Austrian section of Euroscience. From 2006 to 2010 he was Observer for the Commission for Radio- and TV-policy in South- and Southeast Europe. He has been a lecturer for “Marketing” at the University of Applied Sciences St.Pölten, “Lobbying & Public Affairs” at the University for Applied Sciences Kufstein, and from 2021 for “Chinese Foreign-/ Technology Policy” at the University for Business and Economics Vienna.
