Talking Jazz + Jazz and Composition Masterclass with seven-time DownBeat Award-winning vocalist Emma Hedrick

JAM MUSIC LAB welcomed vocalist, composer and bandleader Emma Hedrick for a special afternoon dedicated to jazz, composition and artistic exchange.

The event combined a live Talking Jazz session with Monika Herzig and a Jazz and Composition Masterclass, offering students insights into vocal performance, creative process, improvisation and compositional thinking.

Through conversation, live music, demonstrations and direct feedback, the session created an inspiring learning environment for young musicians at JAM.
