On June 18 and 19, OPEN JAZZ VIENNA returns for its third edition, bringing fresh sounds, outstanding artistic personalities, and unique musical encounters to the Austrian capital. The festival is curated and organized by Marina Zettl – acclaimed jazz vocalist, artistic director, and lecturer at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University – whose vision has helped establish OPEN JAZZ VIENNA as a platform for innovative artistic exchange and first-time collaborations.

otherMother celebrate the release of their new album with hypnotic loops, raw noise energy, and pulsating electroacoustic soundscapes somewhere between industrial textures and pure ecstasy.

DAY 2 – JUNE 19 – DUO NIGHT @ ORF Radiokulturhaus
Leading figures of the jazz scene come together in intimate formations, many of them performing together in this constellation for the very first time.
3 Duos = A Reduction to the Essentials – That's the Magic of the Festival's Second Evening.
As part of the "First Contact" series, musicians who have never previously shared the stage come together for truly unique and unrepeatable musical encounters.

Two exceptional keyboard artists from the Austrian jazz scene meet on stage for the very first time.
