JAM student Alexandru Bublichi's experiences from his Erasmus+ traineeship in Moldova
JAM MUSIC LAB student Alexandru Bublitchi completed an Erasmus+ funded traineeship at the Alexei Stircea Music School in Moldova, where he gained valuable practical experience in audio and video production while working in an international educational environment.
During his traineeship, Alexandru was primarily responsible for recording exams and performances and for ensuring high-quality audio and video connections during meetings and other activities. Whenever reliable recording or good sound quality was required, he was tasked with finding and implementing suitable technical solutions.
An important part of his traineeship was working directly with children and young musicians. This required patience, flexibility and quick coordination and allowed him to develop both professionally and personally. During his stay, Alexandru also had the opportunity to give a short masterclass on singing, sharing his own musical knowledge and experience with students at the school.
The Erasmus+ traineeship enabled Alexandru to apply skills acquired during his studies at JAM MUSIC LAB University in a different cultural and educational setting and to experience everyday life at a music school abroad. Working alongside teachers and students in Moldova gave him new insights into different approaches to music education and demonstrated the value of learning from one another across national and institutional boundaries.

Alexandru returned to Vienna proud and grateful for the experiences and skills he gained during his summer traineeship and looks forward to bringing these new perspectives into his further studies and work at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University.
