Rex Richardson live at Jazzland with Marcus Ratka & Chameleon Changes

On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 9:00 p.m., internationally acclaimed trumpeter and JAM guest lecturer Rex Richardson will perform at Jazzland Vienna with Chameleon Changes and JAM rector Marcus Ratka, who leads the ensemble musically on guitar. The lineup also features Herwig Gradischnig, Robert Bachner, Bertl Mayer, Oliver Kent, Danny Ziemann, and Mario Gonzi. Ahead of his JAM workshop “Improvisation Beyond Stylistic Borders” on May 22 at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University for Jazz and Popular Music Vienna, this concert brings top-level live jazz, trumpet artistry, improvisation, and contemporary jazz performance to one of Vienna’s best-known jazz clubs.
