Stella Veit Receives JAM Bachelor Scholarship at Planet Festival Tour Final

The Planet Festival Tour 2026 Final Big Bang took place on May 30, 2026 at the Raiffeisen Halle in the Planet.tt Gasometer in Vienna, bringing together rising Austrian live acts for one of the country’s best-known newcomer music platforms. The official Planet Festival Tour page listed the final for 30 May 2026 at Raiffeisen Halle in Gasometer, Guglgasse 8, 1110 Vienna.

For JAM MUSIC LAB Private University for Jazz and Popular Music Vienna, the event brought two strong highlights. The overall winner of the Planet Festival Tour 2025/26 was the band LUDEX, announced by Planet Festival Tour as the season’s champions.

At the same time, the JAM Bachelor scholarship was awarded to Stella Veit, the young bassist of KOAN AKKU. She received the full scholarship for a Bachelor’s degree at JAM MUSIC LAB Private University in Vienna.

For JAM MUSIC LAB, this scholarship is another strong example of how music education in Vienna, artist development, live performance, and real opportunities in the Austrian music industry come together. By supporting young talents through a Bachelor scholarship in music, JAM continues to create pathways from the concert stage to professional university-level music studies in popular music, music performance, and the contemporary live scene.

With the success of LUDEX and the scholarship awarded to Stella Veit, the Planet Festival Tour 2026 once again showed how important platforms like this are for the next generation of Austrian musicians — and how closely JAM MUSIC LAB Private University is connected to emerging talent, career development, and the future of live music in Austria.
