JAM MUSIC LAB Alumni Tanja Peinsipp releases with Mary Jane’s Soundgarden Releases New LP

Since their formation, Mary Jane’s Soundgarden have stood for groove-driven, high-energy funk. With their new LP Born to Deliver, the band fuses raw funk aesthetics with indie soul influences, telling stories of friendship, personal growth, and the unexpected moments that shape life.

The rhythm section Lukas Schmidt (guitar), Lukas Klingseisen (drums), and Michael Reitinger (bass) provides the powerful foundation of the Vienna-based group. Their tight interplay opens space for the playful, synth-infused saxophone work of Dido Aschauer.

Fronted by Jam Music Lab Alumna and vocalist Tanja “Aunty” Peinsipp, whose unmistakable voice and vibrant stage presence ignite every performance, the band delivers a sound that’s impossible to stand still to.
